HOW TO FORM A COMPANY
How To Form A Company
There are broadly two types of limited companies:
Public limited companies- that are publicly traded on the stock market and
Private limited companies-that are privately owned and are identified by the abbreviation Ltd at the end of their name
A limited or limited liability company is very different from a sole trader. If you are a sole trader or partner, you can be held personally liable for outstanding debts meaning they can be met from your personal assets. Where as a limited company is considered as a separate legal entity from its directors and the company itself(not the directors) is liable for outstanding debts.
